We connect a payment gateway (such as Razorpay or PhonePe) to your website so customers can pay online. The gateway provider approves your account after its own KYC, and its transaction charges are paid to the provider — not to Box Infotech.
Basic: technical support — problems with the website we built. Standard and Premium: full support — technical support plus help with using and updating your website. Support runs for 1 year from delivery, over phone or WhatsApp.
Page titles, descriptions, sitemap and Google indexing are set up when your website is built, with basic SEO help through the first year. It is not a ranking service — nobody can guarantee a position on Google.
One domain name is registered free for the first year. Ask us which extensions (.com, .in and so on) are covered; the renewal charge from the second year is told to you before you start.
Prices are in Indian Rupees. Hosting and SSL (and the domain on Premium) are free for the first year — renewal charges from the second year are told to you before you start. Payment gateway integration is included; the gateway provider’s own transaction charges and KYC approval apply. Anything not listed is confirmed with you before you pay.

Basic suits a small business that needs up to 5 pages and 10 products. Standard gives 10 pages, 20 products, unlimited categories and Facebook & Instagram integration. Premium adds a free domain, basic SEO, shipping integration and Google Analytics, with 15 pages and 40 products. If you are unsure, send the form and we will suggest one.
The Premium plan includes a free domain for 1 year. For Basic and Standard, ask us about a domain when you enquire.
Yes. Every plan includes payment gateway integration: Basic lists up to 10 products, Standard up to 20 and Premium up to 40. Premium also includes shipping integration.
Every plan includes one year of support: technical support on Basic, and full support on Standard and Premium.
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard 2 revisions and Premium 3 revisions.
Hosting and SSL (and the domain on Premium) are free for the first year. Ask us about the charges from the second year onwards — we will tell you before you start.
